Your generous gift to the UCC’s Haiti Earthquake Relief fund will enable our Haitian and international partners to offer immediate emergency relief as well as long-term recovery and rehabilitation to the families and communities devastated by this tragedy.

Checks payable to David’s Church marked OCWM/Haiti may be sent to the church office (170 W. David Road, Kettering, OH  45429), dropped into the offering plate on Sunday morning, or donations can be made online through the UCC 100% of donations received by the UCC will be utilized for relief and recovery initiatives.

Administrative costs are covered by generous donations to Our Church's Wider Mission (OCWM).

We will wrap up the final seven session series from Living the Questions 2.0, titled “Call to Covenant,” with the following focuses:  A Kingdom without Walls, Social Justice: Realizing God’s Vision, Incarnation: Divinely Human, Prayer: Intimacy with God, Compassion: The Heart of Jesus’ Ministry, Creative Transformation, Embracing Mystery.  We will gather on Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m., and take the lessons in order:  January 20 and 27, February 3, 10 (the 17th is Ash Wed.), and 24.  Then we’ll take off for the Lenten Specials and have our last session on March 31.

If you enjoy meeting new people or spending time with people you know, "Dinners for Eight" is for you.  If you enjoy eating out without the hassle of waiting for a table, or the cost of the meal, "Dinners for Eight" is for you.  The last Saturday of January, February, March and April will be the dates for "Dinners for Eight."  We need "host" couples or individuals to open their home and prepare a MAIN dish. Each guest, couple or individuals, will bring an item to compliment the main course.  (See the January Dateline for more details.) Sign up in the Narthex.
